Desbridar

Post-Organic Bauplan

The term Desbridar (Spanish for “Debride”) comes from a process of surgical scrub for the removal of dead, damaged or infected tissue to improve the sanitation of the remaining tissue.

The piece is a poetic crystallization of more than six years of research and interaction with the robotic devices developed by Post—Organic Bauplan, referring to the constant process of surgical scrub and somatic symbiosis.

Live performance: 40 min.

Desbridar is a duo piece by Post-Organic Bauplan interacting alongside robotic prosthesis, exploring the possibilities of that relationship.
